"Quality of work is excellent. You get to interact with highly educated people and you get to learn a lot from them. Work culture is very open. Managers are very transparent and supportive. Leadership pays lot of focus on treating employees fairly. There are lot of learning opportunities. Its a physically very safe working environment for women employees. Company's value system is excellent. There is lot of focus on how to grow women in leadership positions. Lot of Women-In-Technology initiatives taken. Company is financially stable and there is no job-insecurity. Overall a great place to work if you would like to make a long term career with Ansys."

"Ansys has been flexible throughout my working career, allowing me to work shifted hours when that helped for school pick-up.
Added to that I have been given great opportunities to switch career direction when I felt the need for a change and to be seconded abroad for 18 months, I have been happy to stay with Ansys for a long time!"
