"Very flexible in their personal time but aren't realistic about the amount of additional hours you need to work, it's expected to work more than your 100% target but not get paid for that time or receive any flex time."

"There are many women in leadership in my department, but few with children. The consulting lifestyle is a difficult one for a woman or man with primary childcare responsibilities, so there seems to be a solid gap of very few women from 30-40 years old. However, the company has a female CEO, which is encouraging!"
