      "Male employees are favored, but you won't notice it at first. Behind closed doors, the CEO says terrible things about nearly every protected class of employee. These comments are both broad and specific to individual employees. Thankfully, there are a few men at the company who do not and will not allow those comments to remain private. I would also warn you that leadership seems to pick one to two targets for abuse at a time. If you hear that comments have been made about you behind those closed doors, then it's time to leave. Once it starts, there's no going back. "
