    Treat employees as equals, owner works there and treats female employees like she is better than them as if her economic status makes her better. She ask you to dress better when you are wearing the best you got and giving 100% to the job. She is very rude to ppl with lesser means including customers

Be upfront about your needs as early as possible to make sure you come to an arrangement that works for you and the company. This seems to be a better place to work if you've already had your children (and don't need parental leave), or if you don't plan on having kids.

    The employer needs to provide paid parental leave options. About 80% of the office is women, and most are of child-bearing age. I think it should be a priority for the company and owner.

    Maybe. Generally the work/life balance is good. However, there is a poor parental leave policy (1 week paid). The owner does accommodate working mothers in the office (allows for flexible arrangements for moms who need to leave early to pick up kids from school or daycare), but I see those moms making it up for it outside of work hours if a client deadline needs to be met. Those moms also happen to be on the creative side (designers), and I imagine this would be much more difficult for moms on the account side, who deal with clients more directly. The owner is generally fair; however, he is known to be difficult to negotiate salary with.

Things are ok in general. I have not noticed any overt sexism, but there are subtle comments, a very male-centric culture, and not a lot of diversity in general in the company. I haven't seen any concrete plans, initiatives, or training to improve things, which is disappointing.

Predominantly women. However, I sometimes feel that these women work to keep other women in their presumed "place." They answer to guys at the top. not sure if this has something to do with the slant. Maternity leave generous. Same volume/level or higher of work is expected from all regardless of "new mom" status.
