June 2018

I would not recommend to apply to any position at this company because they are looking for experienced people, but willing to pay as they would be juniors or not experienced at all. No benefits, except below-market salaries. working hours differ depending on day of the week, 9 working hours, unpaid 1 hour for lunch. Even if you would not for a lunch you would have to stay till the end of the working day.

Make your goals clear, and document them. You'll have to work twice as hard to get recognized, and heavily promote yourself, but you have to be smart, timely and political in how you do it.

November 2015

I'm in energy sales, which is generally populated by men. I'm the only woman in on my team...all the other women are in administrative positions, except for our COO. If you are self motivated and open to working very hard, you can make a great living for yourself. The company is always looking for Independent Contractors and their pay rate is excellent.
