As a woman, this is one of the best employers you could work for if you want meaningful work and a flexible schedule that allows you to balance being a mother and employee. More than half of the staff at Family Bridges/Lazos de Familia are not only women, but also mothers.

My company doesn't not make anyone feel bad if they need to take time off, leave early, or work from home to take care of person things (including kids). They also trust that their employees are professional enough to not to take advantage of the available flexibility.
