"I have three daughters under the age of four, and I am able to do my work within a reasonable timeframe and have time to spend with my kids as well. I never feel like I need to "burn the midnight oil," and I am in a uniquely balanced culture of independence and collaboration.
I have worked in many companies throughout my career and the culture here is like a dream come true. "
