"The environment is catty. Longer term employees are treated better than younger, newer employees, and as there is no HR department there is no fair and "impartial" source to turn to for work complaints or issues that arise. "

"There is no real need to be in an office environment most of the time as we are membership based. More ability to work remotely or from home would be a better attraction. "
