Great opportunity to grow, but the department you are in and the manager you have will affect your experience.

December 2017

Do not work here. Each department has a "creep list" of all the men who will harass you without repercussions. We all know who to avoid. I was paid significantly less than male counterparts despite more experience and a proven track record of success. Myself and others were touched inappropriately and nothing was done. Demeaning, sexist comments are commonplace among some groups.

Terumo BCT has a very toxic work environment for women. If you want to understand the true meaning of #MeToo, you'd apply here. There is nothing they could have done to convince me to stay.

It’s notably better and improving with new executive leadership since 2014, however the company is not very “modern” and has a long way to go.

September 2017

I think across the board this company does not take into account what gender or race you are, they take into account who you are as an individual, as a team player, your current skill strengths as well as your interest in further development and/or advancement

February 2016

Women are respected as colleagues, but there are few in leadership roles. Maternity leave and pumping policies are consistent with what is legally mandated by the federal government and nothing more. This is surprisingly underwhelming for a children's healthcare system.
