"If you want to work here, be careful. Make your money, work hard, keep your head down.
It's not worth it though. This is a commission job, you can make more money doing the exact same thing at another company. The base pay is below average, there is a high burden rate so commission is below average as well.
There are incentive trips- but this is just a way for the boys club to sexually assault and harass the women. Even if you tell someone about the wrong doing, nothing will happen to the male because, this is an incentive trip, so they are a top biller. Money is valued more than anything, so they can say and do anything they want to you as long as they are making the company money.
You will be looked down upon if you are a female that is not open to "partying" with the team. Again- a booze fest where the men can say and do what ever they want. If a women however points out something the men are doing wrong, they will gang up against her and make rumors that she is drunk or dramatic.
I have witnessed many great women rise up here then leave. This is not the type of company that actually wants to have diversity and inclusion. They don't want people that think and see things differently, they just want you to follow the status quo. There are some women leaders there, but they don't support other women and they just do what they are told. They have those positions for the photo op but have no actual power. "
