"Automated Logic/UTC allows me the flexibility I need to pick up my kids a couple days a week. The management team understands that, as a parent, there are many activities that happen during work hours. We have a pool of PTO for dependent care that does not take away from our sick and vacation time. This is very helpful!"

"When I approached my employer about taking beyond the typical 12 weeks, they were extremely supportive. I had an infant who spent significant time in the NICU and just wasn't ready to be in a daycare setting. They even allowed me to phase back into work slowly, part time at first and moving to full time as my child was healthy."
