"One of the few companies that go beyond lip service for working women. As a working mom, there's not much you can find issue with here. Not only do they offer competitive / progressive paternity leave (yes, men get same amount and actually also take it) of 6 months, but they cover ALL healthcare costs for your entire family (not just you), allow for fully flex hours (and in some cases, days), unlimited PTO / sick, limited travel, and concerted effort to limit time waster meetings. A fully remote company, flex hours are not lip service either, because hand in hand here is a focus on async, written communication. This is the first place I have ever worked where not once have I had to lie about what I am doing everyday outside of work / my schedule. When I have a kid's doc appt., activity, drop off/pick up, kid home sick etc., even my personal appts as superficial as a hair cut, I can be completely honest and its met with acceptance and understanding. No one judges so long as you manage your work load. Also, due to lack of office space, there's no "boy's club" politics to deal with - We all have equal access to upper management. It's a very flat org (has pros/cons) but means that there's limited politics when it comes to "ladder climbing" since the ladder itself is short. Gender politics is much easier to combat when you take "face time" out of the mix. Your work is evaluated solely based on pure output. I was also very supported during Covid, balancing work and no childcare. That said, this was mostly because the systems and policies in place easily allowed for that in the first place. "
