Very much a 'bro' culture and drinking. If you are comfortable with that, you'll feel at home.

Because it’s focused on products geared mainly toward men, it can be very hard to have your voice be heard and respected.

It's a flexible, great work life balance. Very few women on the team, but everyone is pretty supportive and nice.

The company is run by men who are set in their opinions and methodologies. Everyone is friendly, however compensation, benefits, and general functions (that are accepted as the norm--exclusive closed door meetings, lack of communication) are difficult to swallow especially during a busy period.

Generally I believe women are treated fairly, but it's male-dominated once you are mid-managerial level and above, so there aren't many data points.
