"Their office technology has not reached the digital age. They seem to be struggling financially, but no one cares how much paper gets printed and wasted which could actually be a cost savings that is right under their nose. There is not much to say about the culture, because there is no culture. It's very dull and very archaic, and women are not given leadership roles except when they can be the fall guy when things go wrong."
