"This is an amazing company to work for. We have flexible time away and you are encouraged to take it. We have a hybrid model currently and management is willing to work around your schedule if needed. Many women are in leadership positions and growth is encouraged. Women are offered 10 weeks of maternity leave."

"It is a "boy's club" here. Very rarely do women hold top positions. The new CEO seems to only want to hire his own people. "
