It's a male dominated industry with all that entails. Be able and willing to stand up for yourself, you'll be fine.

Many of the male technicians have hours so that they can be home around the time their kids come home from school which is awesome and not a problem. Office staff has much less flexibility. Benefits are ok, but not great.

May 2016

The faith-focus is very strong, so the culture tends to reflect values like compassion, prayer, & giving back to the local community; however employee benefits seemed less competitive and more expensive than previous employers. No maternity leave policy.

If you're not on the lawyer track here, be mindful that the career path has a cap, but it's a great training ground for high profile complex projects that will provide constant challenges.

For me, I saw a lot women in leadership roles, and that extended beyond the lawyers on partner track. But within the staff levels, it was difficult to navigate the political landscape with the male leaders who seemed to celebrate mediocre male accomplishments over women.

February 2016

I think men and women are treated equally and there are many women in high level positions here. The culture can be very aggressive, in my opinion. Your experience will be very much influenced by your boss and how sane that person is. Reorgs are very common here, and people seems to leave the company after a fairly short time -- there is a lot of staffing churn.

November 2015

Like many of the reviews, there were a ton of women in support roles, a few in middle management, and those in senior positions were fighting so hard against each other, because everyone knew that only one woman was going to get to the top spot. Since I was in a support role, I was eager to find a mentor to prepare for the next step. There just wasn't anyone with the time or motivation to do so. And once you were in a role, you were there forever. They had no incentive to move you up.
