"Be vocal. Make your career goals very clear to your leader and insist that they use your one-on-one time with them for collaboration, not just an hour to update them on your metrics. There's a lot of opportunity here for professional fulfillment and to make a great living, however you have to be the catalyst. Leaders rarely go out of their way to offer individual support, so you must be your own champion if you want to succeed and grow. "
