"On the whole people's hearts are in the right place - but the org is large and slow to change direction. The 'way we've always done things' holds the company back from moving benefits into the future."

"great employer, gives a lot, but expects a lot. High caliber of co-workers. Work-life balance is possible but it requires effort to maintain boundaries."

"Take a job at this place if you have no other offers. Only stay long enough to find another job. The place is a dead-end."

"You must have patience and understand this is a slow moving organization with regards to updating policies."

"Ball is a great place to work. That said, leadership is male-dominated and not diverse, as few women are selected for higher positions than manager level. Maternity leave is paid 60%-100% of base salary (i.e., no bonus) for 6 weeks (or 8 weeks for C-section), depending on how long a woman has worked at Ball. New employees (<1 year), only get 1 week paid."
