"HQ has mother's rooms for nursing that are so comfortable and private. We have a diversity resource group called Women of Banfield that has been such a huge resource to me during the last two years.
I do wish we had paid maternity/paternity leave. Banfield and the rest of American employers are behind with this benefits and need to catch up quickly. We do have short term disability that pays out competitively."
