"Very poor and rushed training. People quit regularly and you will get thrown out on the floor to perform before finishing one quarter of the training required. However, you will be held accountable as if you did recieve full training."

"They will work you to death. They keep staff expense as low as possible and can cut your hours at will. You will find that every mgr (I have had 4 in one year) has their own rules. At all Banfields they have pretty big turnover so you will find yourself doing the work of three quite often. Very young, inexperienced staff. Back working area is very dirty in all 3 that I have worked at. Nobody has time to clean."
