"It's fine I guess? Bank of America isn't a tech company so you might not get the newest tech stack, but the work-life balance and compensation are solid."

"BofA has responded to the social media push to give minorities more visibility to senior management and promotion opportunities, which is great.
Much more "open" culture than ten years ago but was driven out of social pressure rather than a culture cultivated from within. "
