"I encourage women of color especially African American women to start looking for a mentor on day 1. Secure 1-2 mentors early…. to help you navigate politics, relationships, and company. Without a mentor, you are more likely to get lost in this huge company and will be judged more harshly than your non-black peers who are often brought into the fold much earlier often bc they are “more relatable”. "

"This is a great company to work for, especially in a non-client facing role. There are a ton of women in leadership positions, and the company is very focused on work/life balance."
