"Seek other women to help support you that you would support. Seek mentors/sponsors unlike you to provide new perspectives. There are many programs in place figure out which you'd like to participate in and obtain approval to move forward. They want us to succeed."

"It all depends on the manager and the group you are working among. In some areas, you will be supported and can succeed. But not in others.
If you land in an area where the culture is not positive - jump quickly into a new role. Don't wait for things to change - because that may not happen. "
