"There are a lot of good people working at Banner, but the leadership doesn't seem to have a clear vision for the future of the company. I also think that there isn't as much personnel management and education as there could/should be. There's also not a lot of initiative being taken to improve workplace culture. If you want something to happen, you pretty much have to make it happen on your own. "
