Owner acts like she supports women but behind closed doors wants to fire women that get pregnant, and Is often irritated when people have to be out of the office for things related to children/family.

November 2015

I have not seen a clear difference between the way women and men are treated here. There are female executives, directors, managers, etc. The one area that could be vastly improved is maternity leave - women have to use vacation and sick time to have any paid leave at all, although in my experience it is a policy that had to be enforced while I was supported tremendously by the team around me.
