"Some of the offices are better than the others. The NV (outbound sales as there are two offices in the state), CT, FL, and AZ offices are run by misogynistic men who do not actually respect women. Austin and Peabody are much better. Inbound offices are usually run by women, but since it is inbound sales, they are paid less in commission since they don't do their own sourcing, so you will make less money.
The starting salary is too low for this to be worth it if you have started a career elsewhere, it isn't worth the switch. BUT if you are here for over a year, you will have job offers when you leave, the company is notoriously hard work (think Devil wear Prada). It is a good stepping stone. The commission is worth staying when you start making sales, but set a goal for you to leave by or the extra money will trap you."

"Though it is corporate policy to give sick time, you are heavily frowned upon for taking it and you will be penalized for being out because "time kills all deals". "
Did you take Maternity leave?
"No"
"This isn't a secret in the company. The commission you earn is forfeited when you are on maternity leave as well and you only get a percentage of your salary."
