September 2018

Overall, this company is a great place to work. This company has a history of relatively good gender balance on its leadership team. Recent departures, hiring decisions, and promotions have led to a noticeable decrease in women in mid-level leadership positions. That said, it's a small company so relatively small shifts have an outsized impact.

Great career builder and strong female leadership. Compensation is low for the industry though I’m not aware of a gender pay gap.

There have been recent changes to allow more flexibility, however in some departments it’s frowned upon by senior members to take advantage of it.

The women in leadership do help one-another, but it is not a forward-looking culture and many men in leadership positions have wives that stay at home and are therefore not as understanding of the need for balance for women or that women can accomplish as much in their career.

I think across the board this company does not take into account what gender or race you are, they take into account who you are as an individual, as a team player, your current skill strengths as well as your interest in further development and/or advancement

This is a very difficult organization to work for. Make sure your role specifically, compensation, and benefits are worth the stress that you will indeed face.

The attorneys are great, but there is favoritism and if you do not get along with someone or they don't like you you will be asked to leave. Also, if you do not have the ability to stay late all the time it's looked at as not doing your job. If you are willing to work all the time, and anytime that you are called you may work great in this company.
