"It's a great place to start your career. It also provides a lot of stability and a great opportunity to learn. However, most people become frustrated with the lack of growth after working there for a long period of time."

"I've been in this position for 3 years. There a lot of women working here however they are not treated fairly my management. Nepotism is a big issue."
