      "Men have the titles but the women are the brains behind everything and run the show. Most leadership positions are held by white men. It's possible to be promoted but will be difficult if you're a woman and a woman of color."

      "The lack of open mindedness at the senior leader level is frustrating and demotivating, but if you're ok with not being heard and following the same myopic mentality that continues to collect loyal followers, this place could work for you."
