"If you're senior enough, you can create some flexibility for your schedule. But advertising remains a client-service industry, so you need to be "on" quite a bit of the time."

"It's not the typical dog-eat-dog ad agency life. It's not NYC and it's not LA. But it's a great place to work with amazing leadership that I haven't seen at other agencies."
