"Honestly, I would have continued working for this company if my store hadn't closed. I built a dream team and created a comfortable environment for them to thrive. Sales are commission based but through open communication with your team you can find a healthy competitive system that works. If you're patient and willing to put in the efforts to make strong connections with your clients then this job is for you. "

"The district I was apart of had a lot of turnover so it was expected of me to travel to different locations to fill in shifts because I was salary based. Beyond that, I made it a point to let my direct team contact me after working hours if needed. "
