"BCG does a great job promoting itself externally, but in reality there are very few women in leadership positions and the leadership is not REALLY committed to making a change in recruitment / promotions / flexibility "

"On paper, flexibility exists (part time work), but in reality, people perform the same work for a lower salary. "Clients first" is an important value and often this means that employees come second"

"In Europe companies are obliged to offer paid parental leave. In the Netherlands they offer exactly the legal minimum for women (16 weeks paid), additional unpaid leave is flexible. (This strongly varies across Europe for men and women)"
