"This is such a great place to work! I'm still fairly young and I'm not thinking about having kids any time soon, but the maternity leave here (16 weeks) is just amazing. We also have a great number of vacation days and unlimited sick days. Of course, the health care is the one thing everyone is talking about, we only pay $5 in copays! Everyone in the office is welcoming and want to make sure you succeed in your career. "

"Being based in certain offices or working in certain industries can mean travel is more common (that is the nature of industries- not BCG's fault) - I would strongly suggest that if a consultant would find travel difficult to sustain to look to specialising in topics / industries that are more Local."

"If you're a rock star in your area of expertise and not going to be a consultant, you won't be valued here. Promotions are marketed are "lateral moves" and compensation is below market. "
