"BCG is a great place to work for women. The maternity leave is generous and they do work to allow for flexibility with the working hours."

"Understand what team you are joining, what the specific expectations are from that segment of the business and where you are likely to have flexibility and autonomy within that (and where you won't). Also note that who you work for is important in addition to what you do - there is a strong culture of sponsorship here but that means you have to find a sponsor to be successful."

"Flexibility is great on the internal management side, especially as you get more senior. It can also be pretty good for consulting staff at senior levels if people ask for it and work hard to arrange it. "

"Since I took leave (twice) we have gone to 16 weeks paid (8 disability, 8 parental leave) for women and 8 weeks paid for men. I think it's a great benefit!"
