"BCG is an excellent employer and would recommend it to all women that are dedicated to their careers and enjoy a truly collaborative and consensus driven environment. You make your own career, so don't expect to be spoon fed here. Everyone is treated fairly and as an individual...very respectful."

"Great place to work for women. Culture that is inclusive and supportive. Good family policies in place and provides flex when needed. High volume of work can make it challenging to balance work and family commitments."

"Great place to learn and develop. If you are client facing, lots of opportunity to progress; if you have an internal role progression is much slower and unclear."
