" Most of the women at the executive level are bullies and create a toxic work environment. They take on more projects without hiring more staff. Executives get huge pay raises. Others just get more work. It is common to have meetings all day and then have to work evenings and weekends to get actual work done. There is currently about 50% turn over annually. 25% of positions are currently vacant. It is extremely disorganized, and there is no training or support. The organization is not qualified to take on most of the projects that they do. Under no circumstances would I recommend anyone work here. "

"Fairly female-friendly but most men in many top spots still; women more so in nursing and clinic management. But of a culture/work-style gap between admin departments & clinical departments, which is typical in health care."
