Don't. No pay, bad working conditions, the boss is a drug felon and tax evader.

Great benefits and perks, but downside is it's difficult to have a work-life balance due to the amount of work.

i would not recommend working fir under armour connnected fitness if you are trying to balance young children. UA benefits are good but this particulr business unit is very inflexible and has very little respect for women.

April 2017

Mostly women work here (around 80%), and as such you never have to worry about "boy's club" atmosphere, women being perceived as aggressive, or other issues in more male environments. However, top positions are male-heavy and men tend to make more, largely due to salary histories on hire and aggressive negotiation.

Official policies extremely inflexible, in practice some managers are very flexible and others adhere to the rules. This results in uneven practices.

The work environment offers a significant opportunity to learn and has strong female mentors, which is one of the reasons I chose to work here in the first place. While nowhere is perfect, it has overall been a rewarding experience.
