    They follow FMLA so I used my saved paid time towards my leave, there's no formal maternity leave policy.

    You can't work from home, unfortunately, but management is very flexible when finding balance between their needs from you as an employee and your needs as a parent. Leaving for appointments, missing work due to a sick kid, etc. has never been an issue.

    It's not paid, but HR is very flexible with the amount of time you take off. I was told I could take as much or as little as I needed and given lots of information on the process and paperwork, etc. They made it very easy both times I took leave.

    Flexibility is pretty good, they'll accommodate you within reason if you have to leave to take care of a sick kid or appointments. They'll also work with you after you've worked here for a while to have later/earlier hours in some positions. They're not super open to you just showing up whenever and leaving
