If working here, do not get involved in their office politics as much as possible. Other than that, it is a great company to work for.

There is a culture of taking publicly visible steps to increase diversity, but not much support other than what is public facing. There is nothing for managing workload.

If you want work life balance don’t work for this company. 50-60 hours per week are expected, more as you rise in the ranks. The CEO has actually said that he doesn’t understand the concept.

Very little flexibility at the corporate level, and dependent on the manager. Work at home as a standard practice is against policy.

Women at the bottom, men at the top. Didn't really see them doing too much to empower women.

It's a good place to work. Just try to get to know the Manager you would be reporting to during the interview process and if flexibility is important then highlight that during interviews.

It seems to be down to Manager discretion as to how flexible they will be with employees. Also those with pre-set schedules like garbage collectors or customer service don't get flexibility.

February 2016

I left because of serious sexual harassment from the president of the company. It wasn't an isolated incident; the culture allowed lewd sexual comments specifically directed to me and other female employees to go unaddressed for years. When women raised complaints about verbal harassment, they were told to dress more plainly and "man up and deal with it."
