"It depends on the team and I’d still like to see more women on the e-team, but overall a positive place for women. Overall politics have gotten worse in the last two years and teams do not promote from within equally. It’s definitely telling when one team consistently has employees leave for a better paying and higher-titled role elsewhere. "
