"Presently, a challenging environment to work. Be ready for a fast-paced, high pressure, (at times, unforgiving) environment. Honestly the science is incredible and the work done externally is amazing - patients benefit from what we do. It's time to match that with how folks feel internally. Leadership needs to create a supportive environment internally and this will only continue our reputation externally - these can be synergistic."

"The benefits and culture are very supportive of work/life balance. There are also a lot of women in Director-level positions which I think speaks highly of the ability to grow your career here."
