"There are probably better options out there. It's not a terrible place, but not one that you wake up excited to go to either. The men make almost all of the decisions, so toe the line. "

10 Weeks Paid | 2 Weeks Unpaid
"Just started on July 1, 2019; 10 weeks for women and 2 weeks for men. The state of MA is starting a program where in Jan 2021 all employees will get a 12 week parental leave, BJs home office is in MA, so they are just getting ahead of a program that will be mandated in 18 months. "

"Be wary of the Clubs that have managers that have a lot of time put in, they have seemed the most resistant to putting women in management roles."
