"Each office has a bit of its own culture. The HQ in New York definitely has a tight knit group of men at the top the ultimately influence org structure, opportunities and culture. Very hard to move up once you get to a certain level in middle management. Especially if you are not in the Headquarters. "

"Work life flexibility, not balance, is encouraged, but it depends on managers and teams in terms of what that actually looks like. There is still an underlying culture of questioning whether or not someone who regularly works remotely or has adjusted their hours to work earlier/later is actually working. "

"The firm values face time and often gives examples of successful women, however these women are the types that either do not have children, or have full time care and sacrifice family face-time for work."
