"I have worked here for 5 years and have only ever seen 1 woman be promoted to Managing Director in my group.
The (white) men are given leadership positions regardless of accomplishments. Worse yet is they are put in charge of women and do not sufficiently advocate for them during promotion / compensation processes.
The kicker: I received the classic feedback of being "too aggressive" in the workplace."

"Almost everyone at the top is a white male, and men who do no work are promoted before women who are doing all the work."
