"It's a great place to work. They are really focused of positively impacting their community, which is really important to me. We also get 20 hours of volunteer time off!"

"It really depends on the department/team and the leader/ leadership team in the area you're working in. There are pockets of great and then there are pockets of not so great."

"I've worked here 3 months. The company thus far has shown me that it trends towards typical white male dominated leadership roles, however there are a few women executives, and I hope it continues to trend with more women coming aboard at those higher levels."
