There is sexual harassment in the workplace, overall poor business practices and policies that are not fairly and consistently applied.

March 2018

This company is a boys club and any women that get promoted are done so because they play along with that antiquated system. They claim you're eligible for bonuses, but halfway through the year they change the goals so that no one is able to meet them.

the paid time off/flexibility is generous, but this is because you'll be working your ass off all the time.

If you are single and have no attachments, this place might work for you. If you are looking for a supportive environment and advancement, I would recommend looking somewhere else.

This used to be a more family friendly employer. As time has gone on, not as much.

  • Took Maternity Leave Here? (Weeks)

    None taken

I am currently 32 weeks pregnant. I am planning on taking at least 6 weeks that is provided by the state disability program, unless I have a cesarean, which would entitle me to 8 weeks. However, we do not have paid leave here, only what state disability offers, which is 2/3 of my salary.

November 2015

Many women work here, but it is a male dominated environment- especially management. I had originally thought since the CEO is a female that the company would empower women and really push women in leadership, but that isn't really the case. The policies for maternity leave are the standard given by FMLA.
