"There are not many to no accommodations for working mothers especially new mothers. There are no facilities or accommodations for breastfeeding, lack of flexible work schedules, and insurance costs are very expensive for sub par high deductible coverage plans. No trim for advancement but opportunity to gain valuable experience and to learn and apply new skills."
