There are few women in senior leadership and a bias against women weilding power exists, however there are some efforts to correct this. Policies support flexible work situations which can be beneficial to women and health benefits and pension benefits are good.

The compay's mission is great, but benefits and workplace culture are not friendly towards women.

Nice place to work, I have grown children, so not too much experience with family issues.

February 2016

I've worked here for 2 years and there are a lot of women working here, but predominantly in support roles and mid-level. Generally I believe they are treated fairly but management is male-dominated and not diverse, which makes it tougher for women to "network" with them. Mid-level women don't seem to advance because of these subtle issues.

Great company with excellent benefits including 100% employer paid health care. Women were treated very fair here and were represented very equally in management positions.

May 2015

This company is not the one I joined nearly thirty years ago. Once they went public service and safety were brushed aside for stock performance. If not for the union, myself and many others would have been terminated years ago. As a newly handicapped worker, I have found ups less than accommodating for my needs. Once I was proud to be a part of a team, now I discourage potential employees. The only consolation is that lower management is mistreated even more than the hourly employees. Anyone who works for ups in a state that does not require you to join the teamsters, I encourage you to become a member....

March 2015

There were few female partners at this law firm. The culture was very male dominated and women's issues were not even addressed. There was no women's initiative or other group inside the firm. Of the several law firms that I've worked at, this was the least friendly to women.
