"I worked with a great set of knowledgeable individuals however, I left due to extremely long hours and little to no promotion for those who truly work hard to produce accurate results."

"BNY released its 2021 list of Distinguished Engineers - and all of them were men. This says a lot about how they view their technical talent. If you are a female software developer, your contributions are likely to be taken for granted."
