"The culture was improving from women, but it there bro-culture is being allowed to return. In addition, I have seen on multiple occasions the HR department investigating managers who are are mentally harassing their directs, and no action is ever taken to aid those in the situation. It creates an uncomfortable environment and many people do not feel supported by HR, and feel they protect only the senior most people at the organization. Most people are reluctant to report HR issues as there is a fear of relation. As for inclusion, I still have people (not just women) tell me they feel uncomfortable saying they have a dependent that they need to take care of and stating if the have a disability. "

"This company has a ton of bureaucracy and they don't know how to get out of their own way. The vision from the top of the house rarely comes to fruition because the folks at the bottom aren't empowered to actually accomplish anything. "
