"Amazing place to work as a woman! The best work life balance I had in my career so far. Very inclusive work environment and supportive culture! They value you as an individual and give you the opportunities to grow. It is very rare to find a big scale company like this with these values and flexibilities, would definitely recommend to other women! "

"Yes, this is am amazing environment to work in as a woman, the culture is amazing with flexible working and great benefits. The morals and ethics are held to such a high standard that if there are any issues (which there aren't) I would be comfortable enough to speak up. "

"The culture is very friendly and welcoming of women in all stages of life. One thing that really impressed me was the workshops on having a baby in the Netherlands. Being new to the country that is so helpful. Not only is Booking.com setting up women well with career opportunities, as well as women-focused groups and conferences, but in our personal lives as well! "
